Shipping Guide

Holiday Delivery Order Cutoff for each year is as follows:
International Orders must be placed by November 1st for Holiday deliver (by December 25th, 2023)
Domestic Orders must be placed by November 1st for Holiday deliver (by December 25th, 2023)

Our products are custom made to order. We are a small artisan shop where each item is hand made from scratch. Our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. We ship USPS Priority Mail, please allow an additional 1-3 days for shipping within the United States and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Insured Express mail to Canada is $35 for small packages. Insured Express mail to the rest of the world (Great Britain, EU, Spain, India, Australia, etc.) is $45. You also have the option on international orders to ship first class international with USPS.  International orders should allow 2-4 weeks for shipping time depending on the customs department speed in your area. We are not responsible for custom fees in your country of shipment.  You should contact your customs department to see fees you may pay upon entry to your country of shipment. You will be able to select your shipping destination at checkout, Thanks!

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed packages. We will do our best to help you located your package if there is a problem. We are not responsible for customs fees on International orders.
