We were very happy to finally receive the collar that we ordered. It took about 5 weeks from the time that we placed the order to the day that we received it. At first we were a bit disappointed that there were more studs on the collar than what is shown in the picture in the online store - it looked almost too heavy with the extra studs...a bit too busy. If I had known that there would be extra studs placed on the collar I probably would have ordered something different. But once we put it on our dog and got used to it, we settled and are happy. It really does look good on him even with the extra studs. I would have rated this 5 stars if the collar had been made to look like the original online picture, the extra few studs really changed the look of it to something other than what I had in mind when I ordered. It's a well made collar and I would definitely order from you again. I would just be more specific from the beginning. Lesson learned but still happy!

The quality and craftsmanship of the collars and leashes are more than we expected, they are absolutely beautiful and very well made. I was a little concerned about ordering something online that I couldn't see, feel and try out in person but when I opened the package all my concerns quickly faded. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will not hesitate to order from you in the future and recommend you to all my friends and family.
