Ordered the double studded version of this collar for my Rottweiler. Was shipped a plain one by mistake. After contacting Cindy she sent me a return label and as I had a plain collar I asked her to add a row of studs down the center instead of the double row I originally ordered. She said no problem and a few weeks later my custom made collar arrived and it’s beautifully made! My Rott has been wearing it for four years and it has held up wonderfully to our active lifestyle. Highly recommend!
